Individual membership is $4000/year. Couples are $7000/year. Additional household members can be added for $2000/year.
 
We typically provide treatment in home, but should you need it elsewhere (at the office, marina, etc.) we will strive to make accommodations!

With preventative care and advanced in house treatment, Dr.Hometown strives to keep you out of the hospital. However, at times hospitalization will be necessary. During your hospitalization we will advocate on your behalf and help obtain preferred specialists. Upon discharge you will have exceptional follow up.
 
Typically yes. Dr.Hometown collaborates with multiple lab services to ensure your tests are covered by insurance. In home phlebotomy (blood draw) is also typically covered by insurance!
 
We make every effort to have same day availability, especially for acute care visits.
 
You have 24/7 access to your doctor. If it is after traditional hours there are many options. Phone call consultation and telemedicine are included. After hours house calls are available for an additional fee.
 
Yes! Visits are billed to your insurance as an out of network provider. Now in network with Cigna & Aetna! More major insurances being added soon!
 
While we are equipped to treat many ailments, members should call 9-1-1 for life threatening emergencies. Should you need to go to the emergency room, we can help navigate this process.
 
At this time, we only treat adults 18 and older.
We have multiple locations where we can arrange for imaging! Additionally images such as x-ray and ultrasound can be arranged in your home in most cases! These services are billed through your insurance company.
